Our fabulous head chef, Phil Moran, a native of Wicklow, has almost 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Having started his training in the early 2000’s in Dalis, Blackrock where he garnered his love for fine dining. Phil has worked in many great establishments over his career including Powerscourt Springs Health Farm and as a personal chef in Long Island, New York. Phil’s passion for his craft brings a new and exciting array of dishes and specials to his menu at the Horse and Hound.
